ENGAGE AF TIMI 48 (Effective aNticoaGulation with xA next Generatuion in Atrial Fibrillation) A Phase III, Randomized, Double-Blind, Double-Dummy, Parallel Group, Multicenter, Multinational Study for the Evaluation of Efficacy and Safety of DU-176B versus Warfarin in Subjects with Atrial Fibrillation 

DESCRIPTION:

Patients with atrial fibrillation who require long term anticoagulation (blood thinning) to prevent strokes and blood clots may be eligible for this study which compares a new anticoagulant (blood thinner) with warfarin.

Open to accrual.

RELY-ABLE -Extension to the RE-LY Study

DESCRIPTION:

RE-LY participants were individuals with atrial fibrillation who require long term anti-coagulation. The only eligible patients for RELY-ABLE are those who participated in RE-LYand were assigned to receive dabigatran.

DESCRIPTION:

Patients with early Alzheimer's Disease may be eligible to participate in this study of a new drug for use in future studies of brain imaging in early Alzheimer's Disease.
